  11. I am having trouble with QuickLink Voice Software for Windows from Smith 
  12. Micro.

  14. When I receive a voice message, and try to listem to it, I can't lift the 
  15. receiver of my phone until the message starts playing.  If I do, the 
  16. software reports that the receiver is off hook and reports an error.  The 
  17. result is that I never get to hear the first one or two seconds of any 
  18. message.

  20. Has anyone solved this problem yet?
